Almost perfect.

The location of this hotel was amazing - right by the river with a stunning view of the ships passing by. The hotel grounds were beautiful, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the design. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and always went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. It was also great to have the option of a hot breakfast, rather than just the standard cold meats and cheese.

The room we were given was on the top floor with no elevator access, which made it difficult for my partner who has limited mobility. It would have been helpful if this had been made clear before booking, as it was difficult to find an alternative room once we had arrived. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room for keeping drinks and snacks cold.

The stunning view of the river and nearby shipyard was mesmerizing, and the exquisitely landscaped park was a delight to explore. The warm and hospitable staff made us feel at home throughout our stay. The breakfast menu was delightful, and we appreciated the option of bacon and eggs. the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the charming decor added to the overall experience.

Although the room was lovely, it was located on the second floor, which was a bit challenging since my partner has difficulty walking. It would be extremely helpful if there was an option to check the accessibility of rooms for guests with mobility issues.
